I can eat this sauce with anything, but it goes best with just a simple skirt steak or as a dip for a vegetable platter. This is a clever and exciting way to use up all the herbs in your fridge before they go bad.

The Best Salsa Verde Ever

Ingredients

• Handful of basil
• Handful of parsley
• Handful of mint
• 2/3 cup of capers
• 3 anchovy filets
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon of sugar or sugar replacement
• 1/4 cup of olive oil

Preparation

1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until your desired consistency. If you want the salsa verde less course, add about a tablespoon of water at a time to loosen the blades and blend again.
