Roasted radishes

Ingredients

  • Radishes

  • Salt and pepper

  • Tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Cut radishes in half.

  3. In a bowl, toss radishes with olive oil and salt and pepper.

  4. Stick radishes in oven for 10-15 minutes until skin is slightly shriveled.
