Easy Fat Head Pizza Dough
On days where we’re really craving pizza, we make this simple, low carb, keto-friendly dough. Top your pizzas with your heart’s desire. I love using Rao’s homemade marinara sauce (my favorite bottled sauce) with some good fresh mozzarella cheese and classic pepperoni or anchovies and arugula.

Preparation
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella for about 90 seconds or until melted.
- Combine cheeses with almond flour and egg until dough forms.
- Flatten on sheet pan/pizza stone/pie pan and poke holes with a fork.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and add toppings and cheese. Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until nice and melty.
- Let cool before eating.
