Easy Fat Head Pizza Dough

On days where we’re really craving pizza, we make this simple, low carb, keto-friendly dough. Top your pizzas with your heart’s desire. I love using Rao’s homemade marinara sauce (my favorite bottled sauce) with some good fresh mozzarella cheese and classic pepperoni or anchovies and arugula.

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella for about 90 seconds or until melted.
  3. Combine cheeses with almond flour and egg until dough forms.
  4. Flatten on sheet pan/pizza stone/pie pan and poke holes with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
  6. Remove from oven and add toppings and cheese. Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until nice and melty.
  7. Let cool before eating.
