Grandma Celestina's Salt and Vinegar Wings
My grandma Celestina used to make this chicken at least once a week. I remember helping her make this on a few occasions and was always so amazed at how simple it was to make and satisfying to eat. Grandma Celestina would fry her chicken, but I prefer baking them in the oven—easy clean up! The result is equally crispy as the fried version.
