Easy Cauliflower Hashbrown Waffles
A waffle iron is needed for this recipe since it keeps these cauliflower hashbrowns soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. If you don’t have a waffle iron, try frying the hashbrowns as you would regular hashbrowns with potatoes in a shallow frying pan and oil. I top my cauliflower waffles with ranch and chili oil, but you should feel free to have fun with the toppings.
