Cannoli Dip

This is the easiest high impact, low effort dessert too bring to any potluck. You can make it ahead of time and keep it in the fridge before you’re ready to pack it up for the party. Bonus if you can pack it in a tin or Tupperware you’re not worried about getting back — it makes plating (and leaving) stress-free.

I use store-bought pizzelle but you can use strawberries, broken up waffle cones, pretzels, anything really.

ingredients

  • 8 ounces mascarpone

  • 16 ounces ricotta, drained

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (plus a little more for serving)

  • Pizzelle

Preparation

  1. Cut pizzelle into quarters.

  2. Dump remaining ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

  3. Sprinkle dip with a little more of the chocolate chips. Arrange dip and pizzelle on serving dish and enjoy!
