Lentil Soup

I’ve eaten the soup every single week for the last month.

Cook chopped onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic in a little olive oil. Add 64 ounces of broth, 1 cup of lentils, rosemary, salt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add kale. Salt to taste.
