  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Place muffin or popover pan in oven to heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  3. Remove hot pan from the oven and grease or butter each cup..
  4. Fill each cup about 1/3-1/2 full of the batter.
  5. Bake popovers in the oven for 35 minutes or until popped over and golden. Try not to open the oven while they’re baking—use your oven window to peek!
  6. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack. Be careful of the hot steam when you tear one open.
  7. Enjoy with jam or butter!
