- Heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Place muffin or popover pan in oven to heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Remove hot pan from the oven and grease or butter each cup..
- Fill each cup about 1/3-1/2 full of the batter.
- Bake popovers in the oven for 35 minutes or until popped over and golden. Try not to open the oven while they’re baking—use your oven window to peek!
- Remove from oven and let cool on a rack. Be careful of the hot steam when you tear one open.
- Enjoy with jam or butter!
